- Placing an order with us is simple! Once you find a product you like, you can select the 'Check Avilabilty' button on the product you've selected. This will take you to our reservations page.
- No, meals are not included, they can be requested at an extra cost.
- No, we are not operational 24 hours a day. We have a lock up time from 10pm to 5am the following morning, these are also our quiet hours because it allows are guests to rest comfortably with no necessary movements and also for security purposes.
- This is subject to prior arrangement with a fee payable outside of booking accommodation for the allowed number of guests and a damage deposit agreed upon. Terms and conditions are also applicable.
- Unfortunately, no. Only checked in guests are allowed in the rooms and if any uninvited guest is found your booking will be cancelled and you forfeit any monies paid. Visitors are only allowed with prior arrangement made during stay with management. This is for security reasons and to avoid misunderstandings.
